SB is 52/3/2 idiot who never folds. UTG+1 is 30/3/2.5 bad. Villain on btn is 23/16/2.2, seems good, I have no real history. I was 19/14 for this table, after 100 hands or so

My read was cos I am not cbetting missed hands here, villain knows this, so is not floating ever (I hope!). I thought turn bet consistent only with small/middle flush, and don't have odds to call, implied odds seem small too unless he has Qhxh
Good play or hopelessly weak and misguided?
