Default NL20 table dynamics

Hello,

I tried to search the forum for this kind of discussion but couldn't really find one.

Somewhere I read that the general rule is to play opposite the table dynamic? Play LAG at weak-tight table? TAG at a LAG table? Is this correct?

If it is, then I also read somewhere that you if you are a regular TAG and loosen up at a LAG table you're going to catch bad beats. Yet I think that you're going to catch bad beats regardless. So, should TAGs loosen up at a LAG table so they won't fold that many winning hands? But then, that is not against the table dynamic I've heard so much about, and that's why I'm a bit confused.

Thanks for comments and clarifications!
