Default 50NL - 88 facing all in preflop

No read on bb. Button is a bad player, who could have anything here.

No way am I folding here. Question is, do I raise pre?

If I do not raise, and BB pushes, I will have to fold, that would suck. However if I do raise, and bb has a premium hand and calls, that would suck even more.

On the flop, I could bet, hoping to get out the bb if he has ak/aq and perhaps TT and 99. I would have to fold if he raises though, and I think he is not very likely to bluff if he has a hand that missed. So I think check/fold is best. Am I right?

I think I have 2 questions:

1. How should this be played preflop?

2. How should this be played postflop?
