100NL - bluffing dry side pot

btn is 20/14/3 with an att to steal of 28. BB is calling here with wide range. This hand played out boringly, but I was wondering whether its a good idea to cbet flop. Reasoning is it looks like such a strong move so casuses btn to fold pairs worse than K, and I think we're beating BB's range on this flop.

Also wasnt sure what to do preflop, BB calls with wide range which also allows btn to call with wide range because of pot odds.
