100NL 3bet with TT whats my line?

Villain is a TAG at 16/15/4.7>200. We have been 3-betting each other fairly often. Not sure how far I'm going with this hand after the flop. I was thinking bet/fold to a big RR but I'm not sure since we had both been 3betting light.
