creating a new fulltilt account?

Hi, how hard is it to do this? When i started poker i wasn't aware of rake back. Now i see figures like 27%rake back it really piss's me off that other players have this advantage and i dont?

Is it tricky to start a new account? Has any 1 manages to do it ok?
