WHAT IT DO BBV MY FRIENDS ARE DOO-DOO

So 3 friends and myself decided to go bowling last night. We always treat the first game as kind of a warm-up to get settled and everything. After 3 frames or so I decide I don't like the house ball I was using, so I start sampling the house balls my friends are using (I'm GOS lol lol lol lol). The whole thing takes maybe 15 seconds, and I bowl with friend A's ball. I keep using it and finish my last 7 or so frames with all but one mark. Anyways, this is where the problem occurs.

We're about to start the next game and we decide to put decent money on it (for us). Everyone's cool with the rules of the bet, pretty basic high score winner-take-all. When it gets to my turn (I'm 3rd/4) I walk up when all of the sudden friend B says "Hey you're only allowed to use balls YOU picked for this game." Friends A and C agree. I say something like "Uhhh that's kind of a huge angle shoot, w/e the bet was already made and that wasn't one of the rules." So I throw the ball I'd been using and get 9 (obv. I wasnt focused all the way).

Friend B then decides to take it one step further. After I miss my spare and sit down he tells me "hey dude, if you aren't going to follow the rules then you aren't allowed to win the bet. Don't bowl with friend A's ball anymore or you are DQ'd." I'm like "This is [censored], I can bowl w/ whatever ball i want." Eventually I just say "W/e if the [censored] money means that much I don't even care."

BTW I ended up winning but that is not the point. Such an obvious angleshoot from such close friends. These friends don't play much poker BTW if that matters.

So what it do BBV? similar experiences? DB friends? Ever bowl w/ Blutarski? I wanna know if your friends ever do [censored] like this.
