Default TP oop turn nut FD how do you play it?

This guy is 73/40 over a decent amount of hands. I called oop because I figured I was beating hthe majority of his range. I c/c the flop because its a wa/wb situation. The turn I go for the check raise because I think I actually have the best hand and want to take it down there, is this spewy or bad? Any comments onto other lines I could have taken? thanks.
