Put Me on the 2 and 4

Friend of mine told me this story today:

Man walks into Commerce, when they used to play all the games in the old room. He goes up to the board and asks to be put on the list for $2 and $4 hold'em.

Floorman tells him there are no seats in the $2 and $4, but there is one in the $10 and $20. Guy looks and says OK, and sits in the $10 and $20.

It is obvious he is a beginniner and he quickly loses his $200 buy-in. He looks at the dealer and politely asks him to get the floorman over.

The floorman comes over and the guy, calmly and politely, says, "Please take my initials off the $2 and $4 list. And shove them up your ass."
