5/10 NL- max 10BB buy in!
Yes, yes, another fine poker thread relevant to the situation in florida.
At the seminole hard rock there is a 5/10 nl game, but the buy-in is capped at $100. Thus, it's pretty much gamble time. With a $6/half-hour time charge, is this game worth playing? Because the rake was probably always capped at $5 before, this actually might surprisingly be an improvement. The time charge pretty much forces the rake to be $120/hr at a 10-handed table. At the same rate of hands per hour, say 25, and a rake of $5, that changes to a decent deal for the table as a whole. Anyway, I figure with the stacks that are being G4mb00l3d up into big 100BB+ ones, I could run up $100 by nitting it up preflop and destroy the gamblers when I get deep stacked. Would anyone give this turbo sng style cash game a shot? or just play at the bore-fest 1/2NL? There is also a 2/5 game with a 100max buyin. |
