Going to Vegas in 4 hours

I am gonna be in Vegas this weekend and I'm looking to play a MTT with a good structure. I'm looking for something in the $500 or less range for the buy-in.

Any suggestions as far as particular casinos (and times if possible)? My main priority is the blind structure since most low dollar buy-in tourneys I have played in have had crappy structures.
