I would probably PF limp as well but there are reasons that you might lean towards the raise here. Specifically the stack size of the players remainig.

SB (t605)
BB (t1300)
UTG+1 (t1265)
Hero (t2515)
Button (t3520)

Assuming that Button does not have a hand that calls the raise, the remaning players have stack sizes that make it more likley that they will fold. Additionally, as their stacks are smaller you are less scared of a push.
