Default $10NL 6-Max: Flop top 2, faced with re-raise

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($4.75)
UTG ($8.20)
Hero ($10.05)
Button ($9.95)
SB ($30.90)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.4</font>, Button calls $0.40, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($0.95) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $2.85</font>

Button is 30/22/2.67 over 600 hands. The flop is draw-heavy so I bet out, was surprised by villains overbet re-raise. Thinking about it now villain may have put me on a draw and wanted to deny me odds to hit it...or is that too deep for $10NL.

Is this a fold or all-in situation? Surely calling is awful given the drawyness of the board.
