How do the non AC's rate this idea?

Not in love with the idea for a variety of reasons, but I do like the concept of trying to make the money seem more tangible - and less like the credit card phenomenon on steroids. Perhaps paychecks should have Federal Income Tax broken out to tax per agency / program. People bitch about taxes as whole, but actually knowing how much money they have personally given to some ridiculous endeavor might shake up the voter a little bit.
