Hero: ???

I'm sure I badly misplayed this hand, but I'm not sure where. My table image is very tight, and I haven't bluffed at all during this SNG.

Should I have not fired again on the turn, after he called me on the flop? Should I have bet on the river (when I had something), after betting the flop/turn (when I didn't have anything)? Is this an easy fold after his all-in? It's an $11 SNG.
