Default Lift legs and cardio later in the day: bad?

Did morning leg (& arms) lift:

Front squat, Lunges, hip flexor lift, squat on 2 half balls.

Scheduled to do 45-60 minute trail run 10 hours later (up & down hills). Is it possible to lose some of the lifting benefits? Had whey protein 30 minutes after workout and protein (tuna) for lunch and will have chicken for dinner (maybe another protein shake as well).

Just a guy humping it at a normal desk job and workout 5-6 times per week. Don't want to lose benefits of lifting legs by running later that day.
