Heads Up Tournament

We're a little short on our home game tomorrow with just four people. I was thinking of doing a heads up tournament for a change.

We could do a traditional tournament structure, but I was thinking a round robin format might be better with only four people. What could be used as a tie breaker if the standings ended up 2-1, 2-1, 1-2, 1-2? Total time to win?

Any other tips?
