I'm interested in hearing comments on texture...are most hummuses (hummi?) grainy like the kind I don't like, or are the better ones smooth as in the OP? This is a very important factor for me. Also, the brand above has a Greek Olive variety too; I plan to try that one next. [/ QUOTE ] When I make hummus, it's a little grainy right after I make it. But then if I leave it in the fridge overnight, it gets smooth. |
