Default Villains turn action does not compute

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $112.03
BB: $98.50
UTG: $157.24
BTN: $75.49

Reads: <font color="blue">Villain is 21/11/12 over 95 hands at this table.

I have been 24/19/1.1 over roughly the same sample.</font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG folds, BTN calls $1.00, Hero calls $0.50, BB checks

Flop: ($3) 7 T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $2.50</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $9.00</font>, BTN folds, Hero calls $6.50

Turn: ($21) 2 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks

OK my flop call might be really bad, feel free to mention it if this is the case, but that is not what I mainly want to discuss with this thread.

so: I thought villains range for raising the flop was kinda strong. However, what is his range after he also checks the turn? More content to come.
