Default How do you like this betting line?

From a live 1/2NL game I sat in on today. Anyone hestitant about playing live should be inspired:

Player sits to my left and buys in for $200. By the time this hand comes up, he's got around $180.

Our hero is in the small blind. There is a raise to $20, a call, a reraise to $60. Our hero looks at Jd4d and calls. Original raiser calls. 1 fold.

Three to the flop. The pot is $200.
Flop is Ad9c5d.

Our hero leads out for $10. Next player looks miffed, then calls. Player who reraised flop makes it $50. Our hero calls. Miffed player folds.

Pot is $310
Turn is a 8s. Our hero checks his stack. He has a little over $70 left. He bets $45 and is called.

River is 4s. Our hero pushes his remaining $26 and is called by KK.

Our hero rebuys, requests a table change.
