Tricky Spot with KK

Villan seems to be pretty tight, maybe even a rock. Knowing that am i to assume he only holds TT or a 3 here when getting aggressive (not sure what the minraise meant but helped me narrow his range non the less)? By checking the river I kinda have to call the shove right? Was my line pretty standard or would any of you advise a different line? I appreciate any input.
