Default 2-7 TD: From the blinds?

Still very much a TD newb/donk.

What do you generally do with the following hand/situations:

4-handed. In BB, you are dealt 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] CO and Button have both limped and are pretty loose on later streets. Raise? Check-option?

How does your answer change at a full ring table?

Do you do anything differently facing a raise from either CO or Button? or facing a raise from a tighter player?
