Bankroll?

Need some help. I play 100nl online and keep a bankroll of 30 buy ins. I have been moderately succesful and am comfortable with this bank, my question is I want to start mixing in some live play at foxwoods and was wondering if it makes sense to buy in the 1-2 game with just 100. I don't want to play the full 300 and just have ten buy ins. Can this game be played effectively with this size stack?
