[/ QUOTE ] i think most times someone check/shoves the turn they'll have like air or a draw, but sometimes they might check/call with a worse hand, setting up a bigger river bet for you (maybe a shove? i got kinda high and dont feel like looking back at the numbers). but thats what i was thinking at the time. i do understand what youre saying though, and maybe checking the turn is better.
