Default Recommendations To Overcome Tilt

The other night I was playing live 1/2nl. I was up around $350 early into my session when I lost 2 big hands costing me over $400. (2nd Nut Flush & Villan Hit a 3 outer on the river for two pair). I went on tilt hard and ended up losing the orignal 200 i started with very very quickly. Does anyone have any strategies to overcome this, do you go to a happy place after suffering two tough beats?? All comments are appreciated
