anybody who cold calls an UTG raise AND a 3-bet from the BB has a pair of some kind. If he's typical and decent (which should usually be your default assumption with no history), he almost never has one T in his hand. 99-55 are unlikely to do this, and he's committing himself with this minraise. You are a 9:1 dog VERY often here.

Also, your flop bet is much too big on this board. You will get just as much information if you bet $5.50 on this dry ragged board.
