Default NL 5: How to extract most value from a set with A on flop

Hey guys.

I feel like I really suck at extracting value in these spots.
In this Hand I wasn't sure if I should just hope someone has an ace and push to stack him off or try to disguise my set and get some value from pocket pairs and not make him fold a pair of aces.

I'll post each street seperately.

UTG seems loose passive with about 40/0 and not too much action over 30 hands.
MP2 just sat down.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.02/$0.04 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $4.28
Hero (BB): $4.55
UTG: $6.66
UTG+1: $1.86
MP1: $1.89
MP2: $2.12
MP3: $4.70
CO: $4.65
BTN: $8.92

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (9 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $0.12</font>, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.12, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.08

Flop: ($0.38) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
