Default for the authers of the new no-limit book

im kinda getting excited about this book and will go get it. but there is a few things i want to say. us regular 1-2 mississippi players seem to have hit on the spr theory accidently because we have realized that normal raises never work. it seems to me that the average raise in these games is like 12-16. which is 6bb-8bbs. this would give you a good spr with a 100bb stack. but what about when you have been playing for awhile and have grown your stack to something like 300bb? does not the spr begin to break down? even if you raise that standard 6bb-8bbs you are in that troublesome area. is that discussed in this book?
