Any Help Posting Graphics PLEASE.

Greetings all! Killer forum, I am learning a lot from you guys. I know my game is better because of the tips here and there. Still TONS to learn. Anyhow I am having trouble posting an image even after reading the help section. Is there an easier explanation of how to do it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Good Luck at YOUR table!
