Default NL25 is this a spot to push?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $12.90
Hero (BB): $25.00
UTG: $27.60
MP: $3.45
CO: $30.75
BTN: $41.15

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.25, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($1) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $1.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $2.00</font>, 2 folds, Hero??

It was my first hand at the table, and I haven't played villain before. Is this a good spot to push my 12 outer? Do I have enough fold equity here to shove? And what hands may UTG have?
Is there any point in calling and c/f turn if draw misses?
