Where's the best place for a poker player to move to?

Biloxi Mississippi. Hot. Cheap. Lots of poker. The other, more obvious answer would be Vegas, but in Biloxi you're a quick ride to New Orleans, Florida, Alabama and you'd be right on the beach. Of course vegas is more exciting. You could also move to New Orleans - have the fun, exciting nightlife and play poker round the clock at Harrah's Casino and then take trips (1 hour drive) to Biloxi to play in their numerous tournaments.

Flying time? NY to UK is approx six hours I believe. Vegas is a 12 hour flight to UK. That's the longest you'd have to travel and live in a poker town.
