Literature on Stud/8

I want to start playing both stud hi and stud/8. I am beginning with stud/8. I have purchased the following books, and I know that the first two are good, but I am not sure on the last one.

I have heard that Paul Kammen's book is "not that bad". But I don't know what to think of "not that bad." Are there any flaws in the book that I have to watch out for, or is it better to start with one of the other books?
