How do you throw a bachelor party where no fun is allowed?

My friend is getting married in a month and I'm the best man. Apparently that means I get to plan the bachelor party. But I have absolutely no clue what to do. Here are the rules:

I'm 22 thus I feel a bachelor party should consist of lots of ecstasy and strippers.

What can we do? Another friend of mine floated the river for his bachelor party...I've also thought about renting the local golf course for a block of the day and doing the drinking/golf thing.

There are no clubs here, this is a small town. He's really big into pottery. Help me please.
