Is it possible to beat live low limit Omaha/8 ?

I've got about 100 hours this time around playing 2/4 at the local card rooms. I believe I play very well with good hand selection and great lay downs and have played mostly very looose tables. After taking on a few bad beats I'm dead even. What's the lowest limit a good player can expect to beat considering the rake?
