Considerations beginning my attempts at LHE.

My current BR is 500~ dollars. I'm a MTT player - it's what I'm good at, etc. but I'd like to pick up particularly a cash game to play between MTTs.

But my question is where to start. Problems I run into is:

-Trying to care about lowest stakes.
-I definitely don't want to play 25/50lhe even though I believe I'm rolled for it, because I'm definitely not experienced enough in LHE to show a significant BB/hour.


Balancing these two is harsh I guess. Question generally is if I should partition part of my bankroll and play only off of that for LHE and let it grow naturally with my play so that I move up in stakes and still feel somewhat competitive about it?
