Yeah, the fact that both players don't play the same way (nevermind about who's "better" than the other) is a problem.

The better way to do this might have been to have Phil Laak play all the hands, then reverse the hands and randomize it and have them play it again. Also randomize the order of cards on the flop (like say one time the flop comes 5s6d3d next time have it come out 3d6d5d or something like that, so that Laak has less chance of remembering ghands).
