Home Audio?

i know this isnt the right forum but then again im not sure what is.....

i just bought a matrix audio systems MX-605t. its a home theater system with woofer and center, front and surround channels. its hooked up to my tv but im gettinga sick humming... it is hooked, by itself, into a 3 prong outlet, and i checked all wire connections...

what are some trouble shooting things i can do to fix this Fing hum?
