Default Adjusting from online SH to live FR

Im planing to play live at a casino for the first time and I havent played any fullring for a really long time and when I did I was really bad.

Any general tips you may have you are more than welcome to write. I have some questions about FR. I will be playing 8/16 which is the lowest limit if it matters.

Is it ever ok to be the first coldcaller? EP raise I have 77-88 in MP/LP is it ok to coldcall or should I fold/3bet? EP raises I have JTs/QJs is coldcall an option or should I fold?

Is openlimping ever ok in EP? I have 66-88 utg fold/raise/limp all seem decent...

Blind defense versus EP raises, what should I defend my big blind with versus an EP raise and no calls?

Is it ever ok to coldcall out of the sb? EP raises all fold to me in the sb with 66-88, AJs, KQs, QJs, JTs what should I do with these hands?
