How would you play this?

Pre-Flop: Hero is UTG+1 with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG folds, Hero Raises, folds around to the SB who re-raises, BB folds, Hero calls. (I have about 9,200 hands on this player-he is aggressive but loves to bluff and is a big loser at this limit (-$180.00 approx.))
Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Villain bets, (Okay, I have top pair with third best kicker, he could be on a flush draw but I want better definition of his hand) Hero raises, Villain calls (5.5 BB)
Turn: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villain checks, (He is either going to c/c or c/r. I'm putting this at 50/50) Hero bets, Villain raises (8.5BB) (did the 7 help him? am I now up against two pair? Or is he semi-bluffing with an Ace and weaker kicker?)
So, what would you do here? I'll post more later...
