Default equity question

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($24.10)
UTG ($11.65)
MP ($5.05)
CO ($18.10)
Hero ($11.50)
SB ($6.60)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls $0.10, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.6</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $0.50, UTG calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50.

Flop: ($2.45) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.5</font>, UTG calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50.

By this time i know my set isnt good.

Turn: ($4.45) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $3</font>, Hero folds, BB calls $2, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $4</font>, CO calls $1, BB calls $1.

River: ($16.45) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $6.55 (All-In)</font>, CO calls $6.55, BB calls $6.55.

Final Pot: $36.10

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
BB has Tc Th (three of a kind, tens).
UTG has Ah 5h (flush, ace high).
CO has 8h 6h (flush, king high).
Outcome: UTG wins $36.10. </font>

What i would like to know is how i use equity to make certain decisions.

Like this one, i know someone will have the flush, everyone calls, should i also call on the flop?

BB is 45/2/.5
SB is 40/6/.3
CO is 70/13/.7
(table selection is +EV..)

7 outs to beat the flush which could be less as the BB bet might indicate he has hit the J or K just wants to know if someone has the flush.

So, how would u calculate using pokerstove(and what would be their range) in this situations?
