Default 25NL v. 50NL

Anyone else notice a difference between these two games?

For the past 4 or 5 weeks ive been spending a lot of time playing 25NL, building my cash game. After turning $50 into about $500, I decided to take a shot at 50NL. (Yes, I know, I"m underrolled.) I've had three sessions and, unless I've just hit a bad run, it seems like there's a real difference between these games. For instance, I got stacked yesterday by a villain in EP who raised 3 x BB with 66 (I thought I was trapping with KK, but he hit a set), which I've never seen in 25NL. Also, seems like villains at 50NL call like 85% of my c-bets and are willing to put in big raises w/o a hand.

Am I imagining this?
