Default Range against villain who pushes every hand

I was playing last night on Stars $25 and ran into this guy who pushed every single hand preflop. He was running hot, and winning with hands like 107, 35, etc, so he kept doing it. He worked his stack up to around $100.

Assuming you have one full buy-in - what's your range for calling preflop against this type of player? Any pair? Any two paint?
