what do i do here?

so i sent AP an email asking for a bank wire transfer for a cashout. they proceeded to email me with a security check, and i email them the info they want, and they say the payment will be processed now. i call to cancel the transfer, and i want to make a bigger one. she says she will look into it and call me back (which of course they havent). well my history says my last few cashouts that did go through were canceled, and i had about 5k returned to my account, but they money is still in epassporte. what should i do now?
