Site for building up FL HU Cash BR

i want to build up a HU BR for FL Cashgames, i want to start at .5/1 or 1/2. which sites do you suggest? it should be a rakefriendly HU site with a maximum of 2bb/100. i have played already at titanpoker oder ongamenetwork but they take 5-7bb/100 i think this is unbeatable. i am fine with a site where you can get a rakebackdeal which reduces the rake to 2bb/100 at HU FL cashtables.
