You could never get something this nice in Vancouver for those prices. minimum 1 - 1.2M for that. [/ QUOTE ] 20-30 mins can be considered to be the same as living in one of the burbs. There are comparable homes on the same price range if you check out the Port Coquitlam area and specifically Westwood Plateau.
