Default Deep, flop top 2, bad turn

Ok this is higher than i'm used to playing and am not very experienced with a deep stack. I have only played a few hands with villain so no real reads. When he makes this hefty turn raise, should I just let it go? or call and reevaluate? And what should I do on this river?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $5/$10 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $1,094.00
BB: $1,363.50
UTG: $1,700.70
Hero (CO): $2,350.00
BTN: $3,244.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $35.00</font>, BTN calls $35.00, SB folds, BB calls $25.00

Flop: ($110) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $80.00</font>, BTN calls $80.00, BB folds

Turn: ($270) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $150.00</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $550.00</font>, Hero ???
Edit: Didn't mean to post results first time.
