Need help developing a routine to gain weight
Here's a short background:
I'm 19 years old, about 5'5 (short, I know), and weigh a whopping 110 pounds. I'm looking to gain atleast 10 pounds, maybe more if it's recommended. I want to bulk up from head to toe. The reason? Well to be honest, I feel that my weight coupled with my height makes me look a lot "younger" than I'd like to look. I'll be starting my second year in college and want to get it going in the right direction. (I am a bit unhappy with myself due to my physical appearance.) Hopefully everyone here can recommend the proper workout routine, the number of calories I should be eating a day, types of food I should be consuming, etc. I've included a picture of myself so that you can see where I'm starting.
