There are only 4 possible results from the limp/push line:

1. BB checks (bad)
2. BB raise/folds (very good obv)
3. BB pushes/ hero folds (bad)
4. We have a race

But how realistic is #2? With these stack sizes I think BB is clearly in push mode. Raise/folding would be dreadful.

So other than that, the best-case scenario that can happen by limp/pushing is that we get it all in. Knowing that, I think pushing to begin with is clearly better.
