Given the Button's stats (27/16/2.6, even though only after 40 hands), I felt he had a wide enough range to check-raise him to try to get heads up was reasonable. Was this an egregious error?

Once the UTG+1 player called 2 cold on the flop, that was the end of it for me and I check-folded the turn. Y'all helped me settle an argument with a friend that said I should have fired another bullet on the turn. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
