Found some collaboration / cheating

I found a ventrilo server with 3 guys collaborating. i.e Sharing holes cards every round, asking if anyone had certain suits or particular cards when they're on draws, giving up pots to each other and just generally sharing info and not playing fairly. This is wrong right?

Can't work out where they're playing but it's somewhere with nl 2-table/18-seat sngs with a blind level of 20/40 near the start.

Can I/Should I do anything about this?
